Reports
In Years 7 to 9, parents and carers receive two reports each academic year:
- First report (Term 2): Attitude to Learning for each subject and an attendance summary.
- Second report: Attitude to Learning and attainment judgements, issued ahead of the Open House event. The Open House offers the opportunity to meet subject teachers, discuss progress and achievements, and view your child’s work.
The timing of the second reports for Years 7 to 9 is staggered across year groups, as shown in the table below.
In Year 10, a third report is issued after the summer assessments, in addition to the two earlier reports.
In Year 11, reports are sent twice, following each mock window (January and March).
Reports are one of the many ways we celebrate and share your child’s progress, alongside phone calls, emails, and celebration events. If there are ever concerns, we will be in touch early, well before a report, so we can work together to support your child.
